Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), including premature and critically ill infants.
• Perform thorough assessments, diagnose, and manage complex neonatal conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technologies to monitor neonatal health.
• Educate and support families regarding their newborn’s condition and treatment.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
• Participate in research initiatives and remain updated with the latest advancements in neonatology and neonatal care.

• Medical degree with specialization in Neonatology from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Neonatology preferred.
• Valid medical license to practice in Abu Dhabi or the Gulf region.
• Extensive experience in managing advanced newborn and NICU care.
• Strong clinical skills with proficiency in advanced neonatal life support and interventions.
• Excellent communication skills for effective family counseling and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to work efficiently under high-pressure and critical care environments.
