Network Optimization Officer

## Synopsis\n\nIn this role, you will use analytical \u0026 data mining techniques to support the Network Optimization unit in revenue maximizing opportunities. Develop and document implemented actions by network optimization \u0026 RM teams \n\n## Accountabilities\n\n * Support the development \u0026 execution of the strategies developed by the network optimization teams. \n * Summarize / visualize results and highlight insights \u0026 opportunities.\n * Document all ad-hoc and structural changes and measure revenue results for all network capacity changes.\n * Review network constrained and unconstrained demand from PROS and propose capacity shifts\n * Monitor the build on new frequencies / routes and update the network team\n * Co-ordinate internally to obtain capacity restrictions and ensure RMS is updated on a timely basis.\n\n\n\n## Education \u0026 Experience\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or Business Administration\n * 3 years working experience in a complex numerate and analytical environment, experience within airline industry preferred\n * Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office and query tools including at least 2 of; SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau\n * Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with solid experience in business analysis, and at least 2 of; segmentation, regression analysis, clustering, forecasting, web analytics\n\n\n\nAbout Etihad Airways\n\nEtihad Airways, the national airline of the UAE, was formed in 2003 and quickly went on to become one of the world\u2019s leading airlines.
