The Senior Field Engineer works within the field engineering team and is responsible for providing the technical skills to support our customers both onsite and remotely. On a day to day basis, they are focused on troubleshooting, implementing changes and supporting solutions for our customers. The Network Support Specialist is responsible for resolving customer reports defects via remote access including: o Coordinate hardware replacement.
o Implement changes on customer networks.
o Open and work with manufacturer TAC.
o Update Ticketing System with case history.
o Ensure SLA targets are achieved.
o Has a positive attitude and flexible to travel.
o Is motivated and can operate autonomously.
o Have good inter-personal skills.

Verbal Arabic is an advantage Experience: At least five years’ experience in:
(i) Cisco hands on experience (Routing & Switching) At least three years’ hands on experience in:
(i) Bluecoat
(ii) Juniper Advantages:
Experience with Load Balancers (Begin F5/ ACE), Ciscoworks LMS, Iron Port (Email & Web), Fortigate, Check Point.
Qualifications: Cisco CCIE, CCNP
Bluecoat Professional qualification in Proxy
Juniper Firewall Professional qualification
University Degree in computing or telecommunications
Advantage: Qualifications in Fortigate, Check Point, Iron Port.
