Job Purpose

Lead estimation and tendering activities for major EPC projects, manage bid preparation, pricing strategy, risk assessment and multidisciplinary estimation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete tendering and estimation process


• Review ITTs, FEED packages, drawings and specifications


• Develop BOQs, MTOs, cost estimates and bid strategies


• Coordinate engineering, procurement and construction inputs


• Review vendor and subcontractor quotations


• Lead risk reviews, value engineering and management presentations


• Mentor and manage estimation engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline


• 15+ years EPC estimation experience


• GCC Oil & Gas experience preferred


• Experience handling EPC tenders above USD 100M


• Strong commercial and leadership skills
