Lead Commercial Excellence in One of the World's Most Prestigious Luxury Destinations

Are you a strategic commercial leader with a passion for luxury hospitality? We are seeking an experienced Director of Commercial Strategy to drive revenue growth, elevate brand positioning, and lead high-performing Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management teams at an iconic luxury property in Abu Dhabi.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the commercial direction of a globally recognized five-star destination while working in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Sales Leadership

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.


• Lead sales initiatives across corporate, leisure, group, travel trade, and key account segments.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international partners.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities to drive growth.


• Oversee pricing strategies and commercial performance across all revenue streams.

Marketing & Brand Strategy

• Create and implement annual marketing plans and budgets.


• Drive brand awareness through innovative marketing, advertising, and PR initiatives.


• Identify new business opportunities and market segments.


• Measure campaign performance and optimize ROI.

Revenue Management

• Partner closely with Revenue Management leadership to maximize RevPAR and profitability.


• Analyze demand trends and implement yield management strategies.


• Ensure forecasting accuracy and commercial alignment across departments.

Leadership & Talent Development

• Lead, coach, and develop commercial teams to achieve exceptional performance.


• Support succession planning, recruitment, and employee development initiatives.


• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on excellence and innovation.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience within luxury hospitality, hotels, resorts, or high-end travel environments.


• Strong background in commercial strategy, sales, marketing, and revenue management.


• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and exceed business targets.


• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and commercial planning.


• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.


• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.


• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.


• International luxury hospitality experience is highly desirable.
