We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Leader to join a large international organization based in Dubai.
This is a senior and highly visible Talent Acquisition leadership opportunity, working closely with executive leadership across the business and taking responsibility for senior and executive-level hiring internationally.
The successful candidate will bring a strong background in executive search, combined with the presence, communication skills and stakeholder-management capability required to operate effectively with senior executives.
This opportunity is particularly suited to an established Managing Partner, Partner, Managing Director or Regional Director within executive search, or a senior in-house Talent Acquisition leader with significant previous search-firm experience.
Industry experience is not a determining factor. The focus is on executive search expertise, senior stakeholder management, leadership capability and the ability to identify and engage exceptional leadership talent internationally.
Lead senior and executive-level recruitment assignments across the organization.
Partner with senior leadership to understand critical hiring requirements and business priorities.
Take a hands-on role in evaluating, screening and interviewing executive-level candidates.
Manage complex and confidential executive searches through to appointment.
Present high-calibre executive candidates to senior leadership.
Oversee direct sourcing, headhunting, market mapping and pipeline development delivered by the wider Talent Acquisition team.
Assess senior candidates against leadership requirements and wider business objectives.
Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to senior and executive-level stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with leadership teams across the organization.
Provide strategic advice on executive hiring, talent availability and market conditions.
Influence and challenge stakeholders when required to support effective hiring decisions.
Manage sensitive and confidential senior-level appointments with discretion.
Operate confidently in a highly visible role with regular interaction across executive leadership.
Oversee comprehensive market mapping for executive and strategically important positions.
Ensure strong pipelines of senior and executive talent are developed for current and future requirements.
Provide insights into competitor talent, market trends and executive talent availability.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior professionals across international markets.
Develop proactive talent pipelines to support future leadership requirements.
Lead, develop and grow a Talent Acquisition team in line with evolving business requirements.
Provide direction and support to recruiters and Talent Acquisition professionals responsible for sourcing and market mapping.
Contribute to the continued development of the organization's Talent Acquisition strategy and capability.
Promote high standards of executive search and recruitment across the business.
Support the development of effective sourcing, assessment and selection practices.
Balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in executive-level recruitment and assessment.
Ensure an excellent stakeholder and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Significant experience within executive search, senior-level recruitment or Talent Acquisition leadership.
Strong career foundation within a reputable executive-search or search firm environment.
Proven experience delivering searches at Director through to C-suite level.
Strong understanding of direct search, headhunting and market-mapping methodologies.
Demonstrated experience managing and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
Experience leading and developing recruitment or Talent Acquisition teams.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
Strong executive presence and confidence operating with senior business leaders.
Experience working across international talent markets.
Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive recruitment assignments.
Willingness to be based in Dubai, UAE.
Current or previous experience at Partner, Managing Partner, Managing Director, Regional Director, Head of Talent Acquisition or equivalent senior leadership level.
Experience moving between executive search and in-house Talent Acquisition environments.
Experience building, developing or scaling Talent Acquisition teams.
Experience delivering complex international executive-search assignments.
Exposure to large, fast-paced and internationally operating organizations.
A genuine executive-search mindset and strong understanding of how to identify and engage senior passive talent.
The credibility and presence to work effectively with senior executives.
Strong commercial judgement and an understanding of how talent decisions support business growth.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
A proactive and highly networked approach to executive talent acquisition.
The ability to combine strategic TA leadership with hands-on executive candidate assessment.
The ability to lead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
