As part of its continued expansion in the GCC region, the organization is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales Manager Middle East to be based in Dubai.

In this role, you will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and lead a high-performing sales team across the GCC region. The focus of the role is to maximize sales performance, build long-term client relationships, and ensure sustainable business expansion. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, deep regional market knowledge, and a proven track record in business development and strategic sales management.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Lead and develop the local sales team in Dubai by setting clear sales targets, identifying growth opportunities, and coaching team members


• Act as a brand ambassador by professionally representing the brand, products, concepts, and culture to clients across the GCC region


• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships


• Build and maintain strong partnerships with dealers, national and international key accounts, real estate professionals, and architects


• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share


• Provide full visibility of the sales pipeline by tracking, forecasting, and reporting activities and opportunities through the CRM system


• Monitor industry trends locally and internationally to identify new business potential


• Attend industry events and networking platforms to strengthen professional connections and market presence


• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales support teams to drive lead generation and sales initiatives


• Ensure maximum revenue generation and share of wallet across the region
