✅ What We’re Looking For

✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or a similar sales field
✔️ Deep knowledge of the Dubai property market and valuation processes
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
✔️ Proven track record in closing deals and managing client expectations
✔️ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly professional
✔️ Proficient with CRMs and real estate platforms (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
✔️ Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
