Nursing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

- Monitor and report patients' vital signs and overall health status to nursing staff.

- Help patients with mobility and exercises as directed by nursing staff.

- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized environment for patients.

- Document patient care reports and update patient records accurately.

- Provide compassionate support and companionship to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Completion of a Nursing Assistant training program and certification is preferred.

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

- Compassionate attitude towards patient care and a commitment to helping others.

- Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
