Job Overview

We are currently hiring an experienced Nursing Manager on behalf of a reputable healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will lead nursing operations, ensure high standards of patient care, and manage a multidisciplinary team in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.are, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Lead, supervise, and support nursing staff across departments
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
• Ensure compliance with DHA / DOH / MOH regulations and JCI standards
• Manage staffing schedules, workforce planning, and resource allocation
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and training programs
• Implement quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital management

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid UAE Nursing License with registration from relevant health authorities (DHA, DOH, MOH).
• At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE healthcare laws, regulations, and JCI accreditation standards.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate clinical teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare IT.
• Strong commitment to patient-focused care and continuous professional development.

Education & Licensing

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)

Valid UAE license (DHA / DOH / MOH) or eligibility

Experience

Minimum 5–8 years of nursing experience

At least 2–3 years in a leadership/managerial role

Hospital experience is required

Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: AED 20,000 – AED 40,000 (depending on experience)
