Odoo Business Analyst / Techno Functional Consultant

We are seeking an Odoo Business Analyst with above 4 years’ experience in Odoo ERP, Minimum implemented 4 Odoo projects.
Have a strong experience in ERP systems, especially Accounting, Payroll and sales modules.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the Odoo System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing Odoo ERP solutions that meet our business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, technical proficiency with Odoo, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.

Key Skills:

-Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules, including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and CRM.

-Proficiency in Odoo development framework as a technical side.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. System Analysis and Design:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and requirements.
• Design and configure Odoo modules to meet the specific needs of the business.
• Identify system integration needs and design appropriate interfaces.

2. Implementation and Customization:

• Lead the implementation of Odoo ERP projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Customize Odoo modules through development of custom fields, reports, and workflows.
• Collaborate with developers to build custom applications and features as needed.

3. Support and Maintenance:

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Odoo system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.

4. Training and Documentation:

• Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on Odoo functionalities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and procedures.
• Provide support to users, including training and help desk functions.

5. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on the latest Odoo developments and industry trends.
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Evaluate and recommend new modules or upgrades to support business needs.

• Proven experience as an Odoo System Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in Python programming and Odoo framework is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Odoo certification is preferred.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
