Job Description - Offer Engineer Manager - Global Data Center Segment

With our digital intelligence, world-class cyber-secure products and services, reliable, compatible solutions and engineering expertise, we help data centers realize real business benefits today while optimizing their operations for the future. \n\nWithin this segment, Eaton has an opening for Offer Manager \u2013 Global Data Center Segment. This position is responsible for owning and scaling Eaton\u2019s data center services offers globally defining the offer strategy, standardizing the offer content and delivery model, and enabling consistent, repeatable customer outcomes across regions. This role sits at the intersection of post-order execution, field and project services, quality/customer satisfaction, and commercial operations, ensuring Eaton\u2019s services are packaged, positioned, priced, and operationally executable for the world\u2019s most demanding, programmatic hyperscale and colocation customers.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\n1) Services Offer Strategy \u0026 Portfolio Ownership\n\n * Act as global post\u2011order CoE offer owner for Data Center Services.\n * Own the end\u2011to\u2011end lifecycle of global DC service offers (commissioning, installation/energization, preventive maintenance, EPMS/power quality, and lifecycle programs).\n * Define offer segmentation by customer type (hyperscale vs. colocation) and geography, balancing standardization with local needs.\n * Build and maintain a services roadmap aligned to segment priorities and customer requirements.\n * Partner with Global IT to drive digital tools (VOC, training, reporting) that standardize offers and execution.\n\n\n\n \n2) Standardization \u0026 Repeatability (Global Scale)\n\n * Design globally deployable service standards (scope, deliverables, assumptions, acceptance criteria) to reduce regional variance.\n * Enable \u201cone way to sell / one way to deliver\u201d service offers in collaboration with cross\u2011functional stakeholders.\n * Govern core offer documentation (playbooks, SOW templates where applicable, service descriptions, customer collateral).\n * Drive digital enablement with IT to standardize safe, quality execution across field operations.\n\n\n\n \n3) Commercial Enablement (Sell\u2011With \u0026 Sell\u2011Through)\n\n * Enable regions to quote and sell services through clear value propositions, differentiation, and GTM guidance.\n * Develop pricing guardrails with Finance (rate structures, bundling, attach strategies, deal qualification).\n * Support strategic global pursuits with clear, executable service scope and risk visibility.\n * Leverage digital tools to increase sales effectiveness across target customers and segments.\n\n\n\n \n4) Delivery Model Alignment (Make It Executable)\n\n * Ensure service offers are operationally ready (capacity assumptions, skills, prerequisites, tools, and handoffs).\n * Partner with post\u2011order leaders to improve delivery performance (readiness, site access, commissioning execution).\n * Integrate structured field and program feedback into continuous offer improvement.\n\n\n\n \n5) Customer Outcomes, Quality \u0026 Metrics\n\n * Define and track offer\u2011level success metrics (attach rate, margin contribution, delivery performance, FTR quality, customer satisfaction).\n * Provide insights and dashboards to drive adoption, consistency, and improved customer experience.\n * Advance digitalization across reporting and metrics to support customer satisfaction roadmaps.\n\n\n\n \n6) Cross\u2011Functional \u0026 Global Stakeholder Leadership\n\n * Lead across a global matrix (engineering, services, supply chain, marketing, sales ops, PMO, quality) without direct authority.\n * Bridge global standards and regional execution to ensure offers remain scalable, practical, and regionally relevant.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited institution.\n * Minimum 15 years of experience across one or more of the following: services offer management, product/offer management, program management, services commercialization, post-order execution, or field/project services in a complex B2B environment.\n\n\n\n## Skills:\n\n * Experience supporting data centers and mission critical electrical infrastructure (grey/white space ecosystems, commissioning/startup environments, or power services).\n * Experience with offer enablement concepts: roadmaps, positioning, go-to-market planning, and stakeholder readiness.\n * Demonstrated commercial acumen: pricing logic, value-based selling support, and risk/assumption management.\n * Experience driving standard work and continuous improvement across regions (process discipline + pragmatism).\n * Familiarity with digital services/monitoring offers and how they attach to physical infrastructure programs.\n\n\n\n#LI-SA2\n\n## Why join Eaton:\n\n * Competitive compensation and benefits, aligned with your experience and impact.\n * Opportunity to work on challenging, high\u2011impact projects within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.\n * Your aspirations matter \u2013 Eaton actively supports internal mobility and promotes from within whenever possible.\n * Your growth matters \u2013 We invest in long\u2011term development through continuous learning, upskilling, and global programs via Eaton University.\n * Your contributions matter \u2013 Reliability, safety, efficiency, and sustainability are at the heart of what we do, driving meaningful impact on people\u2019s lives and the environment.\n * Your wellbeing matters \u2013 Health, safety, and wellness are a priority.
