Office manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE Office Manager We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office in Abu-Dhabi and ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. The Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining office supplies, managing filing systems, preparing documents and reports, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, providing customer service, maintaining databases, supervising staff and other related duties as assigned. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues alike. Previous experience as an Office Manager or equivalent position is preferred. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position as well. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1500 AED per month.
