Job Description - Onsite Sales Executive Water Sports - Female

Are you an energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves the beach and thrives in a dynamic outdoor environment? We are a leading water sports company looking for onsite Sales Executives to represent our brand and promote our exciting range of water sports activities directly to hotel guests at luxury beach and pool locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively approach and engage hotel guests at the pool and beach areas in a professional and polite way.
Promote and sell water sports activities such as jet ski, banana boat, parasailing, yacht rental, boat trips, etc.
Explain pricing, packages, and safety procedures in a friendly and professional manner.
Build strong relationships with hotel guests to maximize bookings and guest satisfaction.
Report daily sales performance and feedback to management.
Ensure all marketing materials and equipment are presentable and well-maintained.

Requirements:

Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or tourism is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages (Russian, Arabic, Spanish, etc.) are a plus.
Outgoing personality with a passion for customer service and the outdoors.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
Must be presentable, punctual, and professional at all times.
