OPD Nurse (Outpatient Department)- Dubai

A prestigious international hospital in Dubai is currently seeking experienced and patient-focused OPD Nurses to join its high-performing outpatient care team. This is a prime opportunity for Western-trained nurses to contribute to world-class healthcare delivery in a modern, multicultural environment.

As an OPD Nurse, you will play a key role in providing efficient, compassionate, and high-quality care to patients across a variety of outpatient specialties. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to excellence in patient experience and clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in various outpatient clinics, including general medicine, pediatrics, dermatology, surgery, and other specialties.
  




• Assist physicians during consultations, minor procedures, and diagnostic tests.
  




• Perform vital signs assessment, patient history documentation, and pre-consultation preparations.
  




• Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
  




• Educate patients about treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
  




• Coordinate patient flow, appointments, and scheduling to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  




• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and uphold strict confidentiality.
  




• Adhere to infection control standards, patient safety protocols, and clinical quality guidelines.
  




• Provide culturally sensitive care and communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  




• Valid nursing license in the country of qualification/practice.
  




• Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting.
  




• BLS certification required; ACLS is an asset.
  




• Preference given to nurses trained and licensed in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.
  




• Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
  




• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  




• Adaptable, compassionate, and committed to delivering patient-centered care.
  




• Willing to relocate and work in Dubai.
