With a core team in Amsterdam, we’re expanding into the Middle East and have recently opened an office in Dubai—we’re in the early stages and looking for top talent to help us grow.

What kind of profiles are we looking for?

Being a Venture Builder at oneUp means a unique blend of strategic leadership and practical execution, perfect for someone who enjoys navigating the complexities of venture creation and likes to get their hands dirty.

✅ Relevant experience: between 6+ years in a relevant role. You have worked in a Venture Builder, Product Manager, Innovation Consultant, or Strategic Designer role. Agency or consultancy experience is preferred.

????Strong expertise in lean startup and design-thinking, with a track record of developing solutions with tangible impact and strategic fit.

????You are used to taking the lead on projects and making sure you "wow" the client.

????Extensive stakeholder management, project management, and presentation skills.

????Nice to have: experience with innovation coaching in big corporates.

????Location: Dubai is ideal, but we’re open to candidates across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
