Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, timelines, and project updates.
Manage and monitor ground operations related to upholstery work and site execution.
Liaise with production teams to ensure work is completed as per specifications and deadlines.
Prepare and manage quotations, estimations, and invoices.
Track project progress and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure effective communication between operations, production, and clients.
Handle scheduling, order follow\-ups, and delivery coordination.
Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
4â5 years of experience in the upholstery, furniture, or interior fit\-out industry.
Strong experience in client coordination and operations management.
Knowledge of quotation preparation, cost estimation, and invoicing.
Ability to coordinate with production and site teams.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of upholstery materials and production processes.
Experience working with Excel / ERP / basic accounting tools for quotations and invoices.
