We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare, particularly in homecare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of our homecare services in Abu Dhabi
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to clients in their homes
• Manage and coordinate staff, including caregivers, nurses, and administrative personnel
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
• Develop and implement strategies for growth and service excellence
• Handle client and staff concerns with professionalism and care

Requirements:

• Proven experience in healthcare operations management, especially in homecare services
• Strong leadership and management skills
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in homecare
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Arabic language proficiency is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
