Operation Manager for Holiday Homes

Job Summary:

As an operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of our holiday homes. Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of properties, coordinating with various teams, and delivering exceptional service to our guests. This dynamic role requires a candidate with a proven track record in operations management within the hospitality or vacation rental industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Property Management
  • Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall presentation of holiday homes.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet company standards.
  • Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to address issues promptly.

Guest Services:

  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide training and support to on-site staff to uphold service standards.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Reservation and Booking Management:

  • Monitor and manage property bookings and reservations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize occupancy rates.
  • Implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue.

Compliance and Legal Matters:

  • Ensure properties comply with local regulations and safety standards.
  • Handle any legal or compliance issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management in the hospitality or vacation rental industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in property management systems and relevant software.
  • Proven ability to drive results and meet targets.
