Job Summary:

As an operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of our holiday homes. Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of properties, coordinating with various teams, and delivering exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities:

• Property Management
• Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall presentation of holiday homes.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet company standards.
• Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to address issues promptly.

Guest Services:

• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Team Collaboration:
