Operations Manager ( GCC)

Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our operations in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operational processes, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of success in operations management within the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• -Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance in the GCC region.
• -Oversee day-to-day operations, including supply chain management, logistics, inventory control, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of products and services.
• -Manage and optimize resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, to meet operational goals and objectives.
• -Lead, mentor, and motivate teams of operational staff to drive performance, foster a culture of accountability, and promote continuous learning and development.
• -Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and HR, to ensure alignment and integration of operational activities with broader business objectives.
• -Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps and improve operational efficiency.
• -Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies and procedures across all operational activities.
• -Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation to enhance operational effectiveness and support business growth.
• -Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners to support operational needs and drive value-added initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• -Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• -Proven track record of success in operations management, preferably in the GCC region, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
• -Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive change, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• -Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
• -Solid understanding of operational principles, processes, and best practices, including lean management and Six Sigma methodologies.
• -Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• -Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems; familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools is a plus.
