Job Description - Operations Manager-Holiday Homes

Job Title: Operations Manager Holiday Home

Work /Location: Onsite Dubai United Arab Emirates

Position Overview: We are looking for an Operations Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Dubai holiday home market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local market regulations and customer expectations and will be responsible for overseeing and improving all aspects of our holiday home operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of holiday homes ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Supervise and lead a team of operations staff including housekeepers maintenance personnel and customer service representatives.

Extensive knowledge of DTCM registration/renewal.

Implement and maintain operational procedures and standards to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Monitor property listings pricing and availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints to ensure a positive and memorable stay.

Oversee property maintenance repairs and inspections to ensure the homes are in top condition.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements.

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and improve the guest experience.

Willing to go the extra mile to support the operation team when needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in holiday home operations in the Dubai market.

Strong knowledge of the local holiday home regulations and market trends.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

UAE driving license.
