Job Description - Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage deployed staff at assigned client locations
  • Ensure staff attendance, punctuality, and proper behavior at all times
  • Maintain daily attendance records, duty rosters, and manpower reports
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure monthly attendance is verified and confirmed for invoicing purposes.
  • Coordinate with HR and operations teams regarding staffing requirements, replacements, and absenteeism
  • Ensure employees follow company policies, safety rules, and client guidelines
  • Handle employee concerns, minor grievances, and basic disciplinary matters
  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance
  • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and training of new staff
  • Act as the first point of contact for client feedback and operational issues
  • Report incidents, misconduct, or performance issues to management promptly
