Operations Systems Specialist

Perform activities and project tasks to execute company and departmental initiatives. Implement IATCI (through check-in) for Etihad and partner operations. Implement messaging and communication updates (teletype, email) for operational efficiency. Support new airport start-ups with check-in and DCS setup. Minimum 5 years' operational experience in airline and/or ground handling operations. On-the-job DCS training. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage system configurations and deployments. Minimum high school diploma. Subject matter expertise in departure control and/or reservations systems Working understanding of system integration with airline operational workflows.
