Ophtalmologist Bahrain

We are is seeking a skilled Ophthalmologist with good experience in surgery to join our reputable healthcare team in Bahrain. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide array of eye conditions, performing various surgical procedures, and ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of eye care. We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented professional who is dedicated to improving the visual health of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess ocular health and diagnose conditions.
• Provide treatment for eye diseases such as cataracts, glaucoma, and age-related macular degeneration.
• Perform surgeries and minimally invasive procedures as required, including LASIK and cataract surgery.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and manage ongoing patient care.
• Educate patients on their conditions and preventive measures to maintain eye health.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in ophthalmology through continuous education and professional development.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.

• M.D./DNB. degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ophthalmology residency program.
• Board certification in Ophthalmology is preferred.
• A current and valid medical license to practice in Bahrain.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Ophthalmologist.
• Proficient in performing a wide range of ophthalmological procedures.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare setting.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
