Ophthalmology Specialist with DHA

Talentspoc is seeking a qualified and experienced Ophthalmology Specialist with DHA (Dubai Health Authority) approval to join our healthcare team. In this position, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of eye conditions, performing ophthalmic procedures, and ensuring optimal patient care. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about improving patients' vision and health.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive and thorough eye examinations to diagnose various ocular diseases.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs.
• Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures, including cataract surgery and laser treatments.
• Monitor and manage patient recovery and outcomes post-treatment.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding eye health and treatment options.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in ophthalmology and continue professional development.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in accordance with healthcare regulations.

• Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) from an accredited institution.
• Completed residency training in Ophthalmology.
• DHA certification to practice in Dubai.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Ophthalmology Specialist.
• Proficient in surgical techniques relevant to ophthalmology.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and continuing education.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
