Job Description - Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant

BlackStone eIT is an esteemed computer software company dedicated to delivering exceptional Oracle solutions. We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your combination of technical and functional expertise to enhance and support Oracle HRMS implementations, ensuring they meet client requirements effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their HRMS requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Configure and customize Oracle HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Self-Service HR.
  • Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts, reports, and interfaces to support HRMS functionalities.
  • Conduct testing phases including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide training and support for end-users, helping them utilize Oracle HRMS effectively.
  • Document technical specifications, processes, and user manuals for HRMS applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll cycles, HR compliance, and statutory reporting requirements​
    • Strong technical experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules (ORC, Learning, Talent, Compensation etc.). ​
    • Secondary skill can be Core HR, Payroll etc. ​
    • Experience configuring approval workflows, security, and custom roles.​
    • Strong understanding of HCM REST API and SOAP services.​
    • Proven experience in end-to-end HRMS implementation projects, including configuration, data migration, UAT, Go-Live, and post-implementation support.​
    • Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and technical solutions.​
    • Knowledge of SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, Reports, Workflows, and integrations with ERP or third-party systems.​
    • Experience in designing dashboards, HR analytics, and reporting solutions.​
    • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.​
    • Ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-location environment.​
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.​
    • Awareness of project management methodologies and ability to adhere to timelines and deliverables.​
    • Experience in post-implementation support, hyper care, and continuous process improvement.
  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience as a Techno Functional Consultant specialized in Oracle HRMS.
