Position Overview

The Oral and Dental Surgeon will be tasked with diagnosing and treating a variety of oral health issues through surgical interventions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough examinations and diagnostics to identify oral health concerns
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs
• Conduct surgical procedures such as tooth extractions, dental implants, and tissue grafts
• Manage postoperative care to ensure optimal recovery and address complications
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and maintain follow-up care
• Collaborate effectively with dental hygienists, assistants, and other specialists
• Stay updated on evolving techniques and advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery

• Dentistry degree (DDS or DMD) with specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
• Active board certification and state dental license
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical surgical setting
• Demonstrated expertise in various oral surgery procedures
• Strong commitment to patient safety and ethical standards
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex cases
