Position Overview

The Western Qualified Oral and Dental Surgeon will be responsible for diagnosing and performing advanced surgical procedures related to oral and dental health. The ideal candidate will bring expertise gained from Western medical training and experience, ensuring the highest standards of care and surgical precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose oral and dental conditions
• Develop and implement surgical treatment plans tailored to patient needs
• Perform complex oral surgical procedures including extractions, implants, reconstructive surgery, and corrective jaw surgery
• Manage preoperative and postoperative patient care, ensuring optimal recovery
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated dental care
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation
• Stay updated with the latest Western practices, techniques, and guidelines in oral surgery

• Dental qualification from a recognized Western institution (DDS, DMD, or equivalent)
• Board certification or specialist accreditation in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery recognized in Western countries
• Current registration/licensure to practice in a Western country or relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum 3 years of clinical surgical experience in a Western healthcare setting
• Proficiency in a wide range of oral surgical procedures leveraging Western standards of care
• Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently within multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to adherence to Western medical ethics and patient safety protocols
• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and education
