Position Overview

As an Oral and Dental Surgeon in a private healthcare facility, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating complex oral and dental conditions through various surgical procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations and diagnose oral health issues using diagnostic tools
• Develop customized treatment plans aimed at addressing individual patient needs
• Execute a range of surgical procedures, including tooth extractions, dental implants, and reconstructive surgeries
• Manage postoperative care, including monitoring recovery and addressing complications
• Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and proper aftercare
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in dental surgery and best practices

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
• Active state dental license and board certification in Oral Surgery
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical surgical environment, preferably within a private healthcare facility
• Proficient in a wide range of oral and dental surgical procedures
• Strong understanding of patient safety protocols and ethical standards in surgery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a dynamic healthcare team
