About the Role

In the capacity of an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, you will be at the forefront of diagnosing and treating conditions related to the oral and facial regions. Your expertise will be essential in performing a variety of surgical procedures, including but not limited to tooth extractions, corrective jaw surgeries, and facial trauma rehabilitation. You will work in collaboration with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients’ oral and maxillofacial conditions
• Formulate and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Perform surgical interventions including dental extractions, reconstructive surgery, and implants
• Diagnose and manage a range of oral diseases, infections, and deformities
• Collaborate with other healthcare specialists to provide multidisciplinary patient care
• Monitor patients post-surgery and provide ongoing care and support
• Engage in professional development activities to stay current with surgical advancements and techniques

• Medical degree with specialization in oral and maxillofacial surgery (DMD, DDS, or MD)
• Extensive experience in performing various oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures
• Solid understanding of contemporary surgical techniques and practices
• In-depth knowledge of oral anatomy, pathology, and treatment methodologies
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient engagement
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex surgical cases
• Proficiency in working independently as well as within a collaborative team environment
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
