Job Summary

As an Orthodontist at SearchPlus HR, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues related to misalignment and other orthodontic concerns. You'll create personalized treatment plans and utilize state-of-the-art orthodontic techniques to ensure optimal results for each patient.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients’ dental and facial structures
• Diagnose orthodontic problems and formulate effective treatment plans
• Apply orthodontic appliances including braces, clear aligners, and retainers
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments throughout treatment
• Educate patients on treatment options and proper care of orthodontic appliances
• Collaborate with dental professionals to coordinate care for patients
• Stay current with advancements in orthodontics through ongoing professional development

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree
• Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program
• Active orthodontic license with a strong understanding of orthodontics
• Previous experience in an orthodontic practice is desirable
• Strong communication and patient management skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
