Orthopedic Surgeon Sports Medicine Specialist (Upper & Lower Limb ) Abu Dhabi

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon with specialized expertise in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopic procedures for both upper and lower limbs. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced arthroscopic surgeries for upper and lower limb conditions (e.g., shoulder, knee, elbow, ankle)
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries related to sports and activity
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, radiologists, and rehabilitation teams for integrated patient care
• Provide consultative services and surgical interventions in line with international standards
• Participate in clinical audits, research initiatives, and continuous improvement processes
• Engage in community and patient education regarding injury prevention and recovery
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the hospital’s electronic medical systems

Qualifications & Requirements

• Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) with full specialty training in Orthopedic Surgery
• Subspecialty training or fellowship in Sports Medicine or Arthroscopic Surgery
• Board certification (UK CCT, American Board, or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum 5+ years post-specialty clinical experience
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure with the DOH Abu Dhabi
