Otolaryngologist

We are looking for an experienced Otolaryngologist to become a key member of our healthcare team. This role is designed for a medical professional who is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in the field of ear, nose, and throat disorders. The Otolaryngologist will be responsible for diagnosing conditions, creating treatment plans, and performing necessary surgical procedures while ensuring a supportive and compassionate environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients with various ENT issues, ranging from seasonal allergies to complex head and neck disorders
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment and care plans
• Perform surgical interventions as required, including minimally invasive procedures
• Consult and coordinate with other healthcare specialists to optimize patient care
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment options, and preventive care
• Stay abreast of advancements in ENT surgery and treatments to ensure best practices
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Participate in professional development activities and contribute to departmental goals

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an Otolaryngology residency program
• Board certification in Otolaryngology preferred
• A current and unrestricted medical license
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting
• Proven surgical skills in ENT procedures
• Strong diagnostic and patient assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A collaborative approach to practice, fostering teamwork and positive patient outcomes
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
