We are looking for aSelf driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai.The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience inadvertising and marketing and a strong desire to excel in a dynamicsales environment. As an Outdoor Sales Representative you will playa crucial role in acquiring new business by visiting businessesacross the region.

Responsibilities:

• Prospectand meet clients on a daily basis to achieve the sales targets setfor Offset printing and Digital marketingrequirements.
• Conduct facetoface meetings withclients to understand their needs.
• Develop andmaintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customersatisfaction and repeat business.
• Actively seekout new sales opportunities through networking referrals andindustry events.
• Stay updated on industrytrends market conditions and competitor activities to identifyopportunities for growth.
• Negotiate contractsand terms of agreement with clients to close salesdeals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets on aconsistent basis(MUST).

Requirements:

• Minimumof 1 year of experience in outdoor sales preferably in theadvertising or marketing industry (Offset printing and DigitalMarketing)
• Female candidates are preferred ourmain target is ladies saloon and clinics but male candidates canalso apply.
• Fluency in English(Must)
• Own visa preferred but sponsorship canbe provided for exceptional candidates uponconfirmation.
• Strong communication negotiationand interpersonal skills.
• Selfmotivated with aresultsoriented mindset.
• Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.

Compensationand remunerationdetails:

• Monthly Salestarget: 35000 AED
• Trial Period: 1month
• Salary: 2000AED
• Travel Allowance: 350AED
• Accommodation Allowance: 700AED

During the first month of trialcandidate will be required to at least meet 80% for the salestarget in order to process fulltime employment and other benefits.Once confirmed the candidate will be eligible for full salary andother benefits as per the law of the land.

If thecandidate fails to achieve the minimum sales target he will be paida 10% commission of the total sales brought to the company in themonth only.
