Paediatrician

We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Paediatrician to join our team.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented Paediatrician to provide exceptional medical care to children from infancy to adolescence. As a Paediatrician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing a wide range of pediatric diseases and injuries. You will also be responsible for monitoring the growth and development of your young patients, providing support to parents, and performing routine medical assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in children, such as infections, injuries, and illnesses.

• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with various pediatric conditions.

• Conduct routine check-ups, vaccinations, and screenings to ensure the healthy growth and development of children.

• Monitor and track the growth and development of patients and provide guidance and support to parents.

• Work closely with other members of the healthcare team, including nurses, social workers, and therapists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Educate patients and their parents or guardians on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle choices.

• Keep detailed and accurate medical records of all patient interactions, treatments, and progress.

• Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of pediatric medicine and continually expand your knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school.

• Board certification in Pediatrics.

• Valid state medical license.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
