About the role

The Painter be responsible for maintaining the appearance and condition of guest rooms, public areas, heart-of-house spaces, and exterior surfaces through high-quality painting and finishing work. This role plays an important part in ensuring the property is well-maintained, visually appealing, and aligned with the organization's standards.

What you will do

• Perform painting, finishing, and repair works throughout guest rooms, residences, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and employee accommodations to maintain the property's appearance and standards.
• Respond promptly to guest, resident, and departmental maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution of painting and cosmetic repair issues.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and inspections to identify, repair, and prevent deterioration of painted surfaces and finishes.
• Estimate, requisition, and maintain painting materials, tools, and equipment required to complete assigned projects efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and maintenance activities in accordance with Engineering department procedures.
• Adhere to all safety, fire, health, hygiene, and environmental regulations while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work area.

What you bring

• Previous experience as a Painter in a luxury hotel, resort, residential, or commercial environment.
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation, painting techniques, finishing methods, and maintenance practices.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple work orders, and respond effectively to operational needs.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship and presentation standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a guest- and resident-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
