Job Description - Painter(Psj0013/F)

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Painters to perform painting, touch -up, surface preparation, and finishing work in residential, commercial, and high -rise buildings. The role includes maintaining aesthetic standards and carrying out repair and maintenance painting tasks.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of painting experience required

Building maintenance experience preferred

High -rise building experience preferred

Knowledge of painting materials, surface preparation, and finishing techniques

Ability to perform maintenance and repair works

Physically fit for site work

Basic English communication preferred
