Painter/Wallcoverer - Luxury Resort

Apt Resources is pleased to announce an opportunity for a skilled Painter/Wallcoverer to join the team at a luxury resort in the Red Sea. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paints, wall finishes, and coverings to enhance the visual appeal of the resort's interiors. Your expertise will play a crucial role in creating a refined atmosphere that reflects the resort's high standards of quality and elegance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting and wallcovering by cleaning, sanding, and repairing imperfections
• Apply paints, stains, and wall coverings accurately and efficiently using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Mix paints and materials to achieve precise colors and finishes
• Install and apply various types of wall coverings, including vinyl, fabric, and specialty finishes
• Ensure all work meets the resort's aesthetic standards and timelines
• Collaborate with design teams and other tradespeople to achieve project goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations

• Proven experience as a Painter/Wallcoverer, preferably in the hospitality industry or high-end residential projects
• Strong knowledge of painting and wallcovering techniques, materials, and tools
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and design plans
• Strong physical stamina for performing manual tasks and lifting
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
• High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational or technical training preferred.
