P&O Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Support recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation processes.


2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personal files and HR records.


3. Monitor the validity of employee-related documents and requirements, including visas, medical insurance cards, security passes, driving licenses, and other relevant certifications.


4. Monitor and maintain employee leave and attendance records.


5. Support employee relations activities.


6. Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary processes in line with company policy.


7. Coordinate employee medical examinations and ensure completion of required medical assessments.


8. Monitor mandatory training requirements and coordinate training schedules


9. Prepare regular KPI reports.


10. Arrange employee transportation based on operational requirements.


11. Coordinate driver schedules and transportation arrangements.


12. Performing any other related duties / projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time.

Qualifications & Characteristics:

Education – Bachelor Degree preferably with HR
Work Experience – 1-2 years

Specific Skills –

• Communication skills in English & Arabic (Verbal and Written)
• Effective Coordination Skills

• Computer Skills (MS Office )
