Panel Builders Channel Engineer

Eaton has approximately 96,000 employees and sells products to customers in more than 175 countries.\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Panel Builders Channel Engineer to develop and lead the Strategy and actions for Panel Builders channel growth for Eaton in KSA.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\n * Develop and lead the Strategy and actions for Panel Builders channel growth for Eaton in KSA \n * Define and implement the strategy for Panel Builders channel for Eaton in KSA, to drive channel effectiness, support to achieve the country target\n * Manage the assigned partners agreement in coordination with country organization, legal and Marketing teams \n * Develop and utilize the commercial dashboards for performance assessment activities for channel partners. Implement necessary actions for perfomance improvement\n * Weekly pipeline review with the panel builderss in coordination with the sales team \n * Support the team in the demand creation for Eaton channel partners \n * Work with the product mangersArrange panel builder trainings in coordination with the product managers and application engineering teams\n * Early engagement with the panel builders to maximize Eaton chances in winning jobs \n * Identify, qualify and recruit new channel partners in coordination with the Channels manager to cover the targetted segments and insure channel targets are met \n * Coordinate with Sales, and pricing team for project specific ,commercial support \n * Define with sales team the key targets per account (Sales, segments, ..etc) and ensure they are achieved , implement regular follow-up mechanism and related support actions \n * Coordinate with the Panel Builders for smooth execution of Projects \n * To represent Eaton along with Panel Builders for any Project delivery discussions/review with Customers \n * Support the initiative of Localization as needed \n * Assessment of the existing panel builders, recommend actions and development plans \n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor / Master degree in Electrical Engineering\n * 7+ years expereince leading and managing Panel Builders channels business in KSA or Gulf region\n * Electrical Distribution, Switchboard Business, sales and marketing experience \n \n\n\n\n\n## Skills:\n\n * Good presentation skills, strong technical knowledge of LV Switchgear, especially ACBs ,MCCBs, controls, Switchboard systems and Assemblies\n * Strong analytical and communication skills\n * Should be willing to travel frequently to KSA\n * Ability to understand \u0026 guide the Panel Buuilders for process improvements\n * Thorugh hands on experience in End to End Project execution of LV Switchgear including Estimation, Design \u0026 Assembly\n * Fluent in English.
