Paralegal (Arabic-Speaking)

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, tech-savvy, and sharp Paralegal (Arabic-Speaking) to join our growing team at LYLAW in Dubai. The ideal candidate brings a can-do attitude, a strong sense of integrity, and proven experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents in both English and Arabic. This role involves working closely with attorneys and clients, participating in legal research, supporting case preparation, attending client meetings, and contributing to the development of legal strategies.

• Keen interest in the legal field, especially in the U.A.E. legal framework.
• Strong research, legal drafting, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and drafting skills, especially with correspondence.
• Great time management and efficiency.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Initiative and independence, but also a strong team player.
• Candidate must be based in the U.A.E.
• Quick Learner.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
• Strong sense of right and wrong.
• Passion for learning.
• Sense of enthusiasm.
• Positive spirit, bubbly personality, and a professional demeanor.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• At least 2 years of U.A.E. corporate experience, as a paralegal or in a similar role.
• Fluent Arabic and English speaker, written and verbal.
• High level of attention to detail and a strong sense of right and wrong.
