Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paraplanner to join our team, specifically focusing on Fund Switches. In this role, you will work closely with our financial advisors to support them in providing tailored investment advice to our clients. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analysis, and preparing detailed reports on fund switches, ensuring that our clients' investment portfolios are optimized and aligned with their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research and analysis on different investment funds, including performance, risk, and suitability for clients

- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for fund switches, taking into account clients' investment objectives and risk tolerance

- Collaborate with financial advisors to develop personalized investment strategies for clients

- Monitor and review clients' investment portfolios, making recommendations for adjustments as needed

- Keep up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all fund switch recommendations and actions taken

- Assist with client meetings and presentations as needed

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Paraplanner, with a focus on fund switches

- Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets

- Excellent analytical and research skills

- Proficient in using financial planning software and tools

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Relevant certifications (e.g. CFP, CFA) preferred but not required
