Job Description
An exceptional opportunity presents itself for a Room Attendant to join the Rooms Department at Raffles London at the OWO.
Reporting into Floor Supervisor , you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining allocated guest rooms and corridors up to The Raffles at the OWO standards, maintaining cleaning equipment and storerooms to ensure an outstanding 5-star environment and seamless guest experience. To work closely with the House Porter team to provide all necessary supplies and amenities to guest rooms, to maximum guest satisfaction by providing an intuitive service. To act as an ambassador of the Raffles Values during your interactions with guests and colleagues.
