Position: Part-Time Interior Design Architect

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their design vision and project requirements.

Create and present design concepts, floor plans, and mood boards.

Develop detailed architectural drawings and 3D models.

Oversee the selection of materials, furniture, and fixtures.

Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure project completion.

Conduct site visits to ensure designs are executed accurately and within budget.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Proven experience in interior design or architectural design (minimum 2 years).

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar.

Strong portfolio showcasing past interior design or architectural projects.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity.

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Prior experience working in both residential and commercial design projects is a plus.
