Partnership Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnership Manager to join the team in Abu-Dhabi (RELOCATION PROVIDED).

The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in payment systems tailored for the gaming and gambling sectors, along with a proven track record in partnership management, effective communication, and face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Agent Onboarding:

• Identify and engage potential agents to facilitate payments for the projects.


• Conduct initial calls to introduce the projects and assess agent suitability.


• Onboard agents, providing comprehensive explanations of project details, benefits, and processes.


• Offer ongoing support and training to ensure agents are fully integrated and operational.


• Maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure satisfaction and effective collaboration.

Merchant Integration:

• Identify and target gambling merchants for seamless project integration.


• Initiate contact with potential merchants through calls and arrange in-person meetings.


• Present the advantages and features of integrating with the projects.


• Collaborate closely with merchants to address any technical or operational challenges.


• Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential agents and merchants.

Relationship Management:

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with both agents and merchants.


• Regularly check in with partners to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback for continuous improvement.


• Promptly resolve any issues or concerns to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in payment systems, specifically for iGaming and gambling merchants within Indian market.


• Experience with Sri Lanka and Bangladesh markets would be an advantage.


• Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in person.


• Experience in conducting face-to-face meetings and delivering presentations.


• Ability to represent the company professionally at industry events.


• Excellent relationship management skills.


• Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly with technical integration issues.


• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.


• Willingness to travel as needed.
