Join the Ali & Sons Group as a Parts Picker, where you'll play a key role in ensuring spare parts are picked, packed, and delivered accurately to support our workshop technicians and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick spare parts accurately based on workshop and retail orders.


• Verify part numbers and quantities before dispatch to ensure order accuracy.


• Prepare and pack parts for internal distribution or customer collection.


• Deliver parts promptly to Workshop and Retail counters to support operational efficiency.


• Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing incoming inventory.


• Maintain organized storage locations and ensure parts are correctly labeled.


• Support stock counting and inventory control activities.


• Update inventory movements using warehouse systems where required.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with company standards.


• Assist the Procurement & Stores Manager and warehouse team with additional duties as assigned.

Role Purpose:

To ensure the accurate and timely picking, packing, and distribution of spare parts, enabling efficient workshop operations and delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, parts picking, logistics, or automotive spare parts is preferred.


• Education: High School Certificate or equivalent; a Diploma in Material Management or a related field is an advantage.


• Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an added advantage.


• Software Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems.


• Key Attributes: Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to teamwork and safety.
