Although this is asales position, you will not be selling a product. Rather, you willbe selling the company s group benefit solutions. Our BenefitsConsultants cultivate, maintain and foster professionalrelationships through in-person marketing to various groups andbusiness owners. Our unique approach to building relationshipsincludes leveraging a variety of programs to enhance value toemployees, groups and their membership.

Duties:

• Identify market potential byqualifying accounts.
• Scheduling appointments;making initial (in person) presentation; understanding accountrequirements.
• Close sales by building rapportwith potential account; explaining product and servicecapabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
• Expand sales in existing accounts byintroducing new products and services; developing new applications.
• Contribute information to market strategy bymonitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
• Recommend new products and services byevaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.
• Update job knowledge by participating ineducational opportunities.
• Accomplishmarketing and organization mission by completing related results asneeded.
