Our company is seeking a dedicated and skilled Pathologist to join our esteemed healthcare team. In this critical role, you will utilize your expertise to diagnose diseases by examining laboratory specimens such as tissues and body fluids, providing essential insights that guide treatment decisions and enhance patient care.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations of histological and cytological specimens to identify disease processes.
• Prepare and deliver detailed pathology reports that summarize findings and diagnostic interpretations.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare teams to discuss case results and treatment strategies.
• Participate in clinical meetings, tumor boards, and educational activities to share knowledge and insights.
• Engage in continuous professional development and remain updated with advancements in pathology.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory standards and regulations while participating in quality assurance programs.

• MD or DO degree with specialization in Pathology and board certification.
• Current and valid medical license to practice in the respective state.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical pathology.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in diagnostic evaluations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Thorough understanding of laboratory practices and diagnostic methodologies.
