Pathologist

We are seeking a competent Pathologist to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will diagnose diseases through careful analysis of laboratory specimens, including tissues and fluids. Your expertise will be essential to informing treatment decisions and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance overall patient care.

Responsibilities

• Examine histological and cytological samples to provide accurate diagnoses.
• Prepare comprehensive pathology reports summarizing findings and medical interpretations.
• Collaborate with clinicians to discuss results and deliver recommendations for patient management.
• Stay informed about advancements in pathology by participating in continuing education.
• Engage in quality assurance activities and contribute to laboratory accreditation processes.

• MD or DO degree with Board Certification in Pathology.
• Active medical license to practice in the state where Talentspoc LLC operates.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of pathology experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail in diagnostic evaluations.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Knowledge of laboratory regulations and compliance standards.
