Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Pathologist to join our esteemed medical team. In this important role, you will diagnose diseases by examining laboratory specimens, including tissues and bodily fluids. Your expertise will contribute significantly to patient care and treatment decisions.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform detailed microscopic examinations of histological and cytological specimens to provide accurate diagnoses.
• Prepare and present comprehensive pathology reports with clear communication of findings.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss case results and recommend treatment options.
• Engage in continuing education to stay updated on advancements in pathology.
• Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and uphold laboratory standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case reviews to enhance collaborative patient care.

• MD or DO degree with specialization in Pathology and board certification.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical pathology.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in diagnostic evaluations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Thorough understanding of laboratory practices and diagnostic methodologies.
